The property needs better management from experienced “ hospitality” staff . The design of the property is poor and it lacks simple small measures that shows the owners don’t understand the hospitality industry . Simple things like , furniture layout, door swings , Towel hooks , late check outs, better F&B , could improve the client stay .

Kununurra is a small town and accomodations are limited. This is probably the best place to stay, and certainly the best place for eating. The bar and restaurant were pretty much the only place open in the evening. The daily specials were tasty and the sports bar had great beers. The pool is very nice, the rooms are huge, clean and quiet. Free shuttle to the airport. Lovely staff.

Large, Comfortable Rooms. Good onsite Restaurant
Stayed here for a night before travelling further afield. The staff at reception were lovely and the rooms comfortable and very large. The food in the restaurant on site was great and certainly generous. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately didn't have a chance to use. Pricing for what it is was a little on the high side.

Busy hotel and restaurant. Check in was at 3.00pm and NOT 2.00m as on booking email and website. Kept waiting until 3.00 in foyer. Room and grounds comfortable with a great pool. Restaurant and bar soacioy but severely understaffed with at times 15 people waiting for bar service. Only one barmaid on. As large tour groups stayed here this demand at dinner time should have been expected.

"Living on past glory" Stayed a total of 5 nights in July 2022 - failed to pick-up from airport as promised and confirmed - staff simply did not want to be there - even avoiding you if they could - rooms at best average - looking very tired - rooms only serviced every 3 days - still pay for full service - poor maintenance - almost impossible to book a table for dinner -forced to sit in bar - poor food and bar service (meals were cold on the 2 occasion we ate there) - staff's priority was social media on their phones - even getting ice was a problem for some staff members - drinks very expensive compared to Kununurra Hotel - Could not open glass door to outside- incorrect key, could not get fixed. There are much better options eleswhere

Our rooms have recently had new carpet installed and have received great feedback from customers. As you can appreciate in a small remote town, when there is limited options available for food and beverage the options are always busy. I have raised your feedback with the relevant department heads for their investigation and resolve.

Fantastic
Very easy to book online. Very easy check in process. Spacious room & ensuite with daily housekeeping. Onsite restaurant doing dinner, perhaps a little short staffed for service but beautiful meals. Definitely recommend & will stay again!

Good value
Rooms are comfortable, large and air conditioned. Staff are professional and informative and the attached hotel has tasty reasonably priced meals. There is a laundry onsite and a lovely pool. A short walk into town. This accommodation is appropriately priced.

I love staying here! The pool is sooo amazing and the rates are exceptionally proceed for value. Only thing lagging was probably the available cutlery in the room and perhaps a microwave. (Though I was staying in a studio room so perhaps the suites would inc one). There was no bottle opener! So that was annoying, otherwise its awesome and I stay there every time I am in Kununurra 5 STARS!

A Gem in Kununurra
Room is very large, modern and new. Comfy bed, plenty of cupboard space. Do not judge the room from outside, the inside is surprisingly very nice. Very reasonable price as well. All in all I am very happy with the stay. I would not be hesitated to stay here again if I ever come back to Kununurra.

Vey nice except for zero wifi
The room was spacious and well equipped, the pool was lovely and big but could’ve been heated to be more inviting. The wifi did not work and although I reported it to two different staff members, no effort was made to re-set it or help in any useful way. The food and service at the sports bar was excellent!

Kimberley Grande is okay@
Well designed room. Nice big clean pool. Staff were friendly and professional. Excellent bistro attached to the hotel. Wine glasses in the room would have been handy.
