VERY DISAPPOINTING
ALTHOUGH MY ROOM WAS FULLY PAID FOR ONLINE.THE HOTEL INSISTED I PAY ALL OVER AGAIN WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL.THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY HAD NO LINKS WITH THE HOTELS.COM LOYALTY PROGRAMME AND INSISTED I PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT AGAIN.I MUST SAY THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PARTICULAR STAY.
