The hotel is 6 stories with great ocean views and lovely sitting areas. Loved walking down to the beach and having a chaise and towels available. The pools were also inviting.

Hotel room-better than many nearby.
Facilities-enjoyable, but not top
Staff-feels like they are very tired, also for a very big hotel, they don't provide room service. So you have to do everything.
Overall they do have the best rooms in this area.

"Walk ways along the creek are not easily access, unstabled. Staff was no where to find when we first arrive around 4:00pm, we called but got anwering machine and never got a response, we finally talked to the next door for help and got settled down eventually.
