Caused by the central location in the district East, you can quickly reach many restaurants and shops that invite you to stroll and linger. For the way to the sandy beach and the pier, you need walk only 5 minutes. From there you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the harbor. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und hat eine schönen Garten, den man bei schönem Wetter auch gut zum Frühstück oder Sonnenbad nutzen kann. Drinnen sieht es leider nicht so aus. Ich habe mit meinem Sohn im Doppelstockbett geschlafen. Dort waren die Matratzen so schlecht, das man gefühlt nur auf Federkern schlafen musste. Schade - da Matratzen heute kein Vermögen kosten. Alle Lampen im Wohnzimmer waren innen verkohlt - warum auch immer. Eine Lampe begann bei abendlicher Benutzung an mit qualmen. In der Küche sind die meisten Tassen und Teller vom täglichen Geschirrspülergebrauch einfach stumpf und rau - die müsste man einfach mal erneuern.
