The bakery, the fruit shop (organic) and the butcher shop, pharmacy, etc. can be reached after about 50 m. The Edeka market is 150 m away and the train station is 300 m away.The apartments have 2 or 3 rooms and are designed for 2 to 5 people. The apartments are comfortably furnished, some with microwave and telephone. Partially pets are allowed. All have a balcony. In the communal laundry room are coin machines for washing machine and dryer. One underground parking space (double parker), max. Height 1.60 m and length 5.00 m for each apartment is included in the room rate. Strandstr. 32 - 4-04: Right in the center of Kühlungsborn East, very central, west side out. The cozy 2-room apartment is bright and friendly furnished for 2-3 persons with a living area with sofa (incl. Sofa bed), TV and hi-fi system.
