The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area and TV. From here you can enter one of the balconies. The second Balcony accessed via the separate kitchen equipped with all appliances (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer) is equipped. 3 bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and the second Bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person there is a linen package in original equipment available. Non smoking!Final cleaning included! A car parking space at the house. Lift in the house Right in the center and just a stone's throw from the beach! The "Haus Hamburg" was built in 1902 in the style of the resort architecture and lovingly rebuilt in 2003\. Between 2005 and 2010, the conservatory additions followed and in 2013, a new building was built which is also reminiscent of the style of the resort architecture. The combined apartment and commercial building is located in a prime location right on the beach road - in the center east of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn. Directly in the house there is a bakery, a small fish restaurant, an Irish pub and a fashion boutique. Numerous other restaurants, cafes, bakeries and boutiques in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll, stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs, such as an EDEKA supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy or a drugstore are just a stone's throw away from the object. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located. The fine sandy beach, the promenade and the pier are not even 100m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina. Our guests have a bicycle storage room and an underground parking space in the house. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? Die Verwaltung uninformiert und die Haus-Handwerker, denen wir durch UNANGEKÜNDIGTEN Ausfall des Wassers durch die Baustelle auf der Strandstraße ausgesetzt waren, waren so dreist, und kamen OHNE Ankündigung (per Telefon oder Klingeln an der Tür) in die Wohnung, stellten uns als dumm hin, weil wir keine Ahnung hätten, Wasser anzumachen. Dann wurde uns an einem anderen Tag durch einen Anruf mitgeteilt, dass man sofort in die Wohnung müsste, da eine Legionellenuntersuchung im Objekt durchgeführt wird. Also sind auch da die Handwerker allein in die Wohnung rein. Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zur "netten" Vorortbetreuung in der Strandstraße 5\. Wir wollten nur ordentlich einen Besuch anmelden und wurden von einer Dame in der Info mit schlechter Laune empfangen und auch behandelt.
