You live in a 2-room apartment of about 45 sqm size, located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa, TV, dining area and kitchenette (2 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster). The bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Non smoking!East balcony, car parking space about 200m away The combined business and lodging house "Seebad Villa" from the year 1905 was reopened in 2013, after extensive renovation. The built in the style of the resort architecture villa, which has been equipped with lovingly furnished 2-room apartments since the renovation, is characterized by its special central location. It is located directly in the beach street, the shopping street and the center of the district East of the beautiful seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Here are numerous boutiques, shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants as well as providers of daily needs. Sonst sehr schönes Bad mit Fenster. Betten bequem, mit 2 Kids möglich, 4 Erw. eher nicht, da Sofa im Wohnzimmer nicht so bequem zum Schlafen ist. Radio fehlt auch. Für Fahrräder wenig Unterstand, schwer zugänglich unter der Treppe..naja. Ansonsten großer Balkon, Nachbarn aber direkt nebenan ohne Sichtschutz. ##### Holger H. ---
