Room with ants

There were ants with my room and my garnett popcorn was filled with ants andnhave to be thrown away that time.

Poor Stay Experience

Rooms are Small, Bed Small, Bathroom was Not Clean and the Floor at was very dirty. There was small bugs and ants in the Bathroom. The Beedsheet and Blanket was Stained and Dirty. When I arrived the Receptionist was missing. Had to wait for 15 minutes just to check in. Main Entrance is not Luggage friendly. They have only 5 TV Channels, 1 English and 4 Malay / Chinese. WiFi was very l very bad. Better to look at other nearby options. The only Good this is The Location of Hotel. I Surely will not Recommend this Hotel.

Close to downtown Kuching, this hotel was good cheap accommodation. Definitely recommend to overseas travelers visiting Kuching

We didn't expect any luxurious hotel, just clean and comfy to stay in and sleep well. The first day we arrived there was water spilled on the toilet floor. I let them know and someone was working on it, but clearly he couldn't fix it as there was water next day again. I told them about it but they didn't do anything, but moped it. They said it was holiday so there was no one to fix it and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't change our room. Then, there was always some water on the floor. One night I realised that they didn't give us extra toilet paper, but we were tired and I didn't say anything and next morning, I used the one that I had. The toilet paper holder was uneven and another day, the paper roll fell into the water on the floor - as they just give only one roll per day - had to go downstairs to ask for another roll and I explained the guy in reception that the roll had dropped onto the floor water. He gave it to me and said that I had to be more careful! I still feel the same sensation when I recall the dialogue. It's ridiculous to say that! I couldn't believe that a host in a hotel tells a guest to be careful with toilet paper! Especially when it's their fault not to fix the bathroom stuff and they just give one roll per day. Apart from that guy, I don't remember his name, all the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was fine too.
