Holiday house invites you and your dog to relax! Electricity and gas included!

Beautiful, lovingly furnished and fenced house (built in 2010) offers you relaxation and recreation. The house has an open living-dining area. A fireplace on the ground floor invites you to linger comfortably even in cloudy weather. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, separated by a glass counter. The ground floor plan is designed so that the entire living / cooking / dining area is bright and flooded with light. The house has a corner terrace that is oriented to the south and west and thus allows you to linger in the sunshine at any time. The floors of the house are exclusively made of granite and real wood parquet. The house is equipped with shutters in all rooms. Washer and dryer included are at your disposal. Your dog is welcome and there are no extra costs for him.
Electricity, gas and internet are included in the rental price. The surrounding area also offers numerous excursions in all seasons and weather.

Sehr sauberes und modernes Haus, Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend, rücksichtsvoll und gut organisiert. Das Haus besitzt drei große Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, eine moderne Koch-Wohnlandschaft mit Kamin.

Super tolle Unterkunft - sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigem für die ganze Familie ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Kinder und unserem Hund hier zu Besuch. Nur das Internet hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir würden immer wieder sehr gerne hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, nur leider im Nichts. Man ist ständig aufs Auto angewiesen und der einzige Strand ist in Norddeich.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Der Platz war großzügig bemessen, allerdings fehlt es in der Siedlung insgesamt an Parkplätzen. Wir haben Lösungen gefunden, so dass niemand durch unsere Gruppe behindert wurde. Das Haus ist spitze - sauber, gut ausgestattet und durch den Gartenzaun konnten die vier Enkelkinder und unser Hund munter im Garten toben. Für größere Hunde mag der Zaun zu niedrig sein, aber für uns war alles genau richtig.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben für ein paar Tage in den Herbstferien eine ruhige Unterkunft gesucht und hier gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, verfügt über ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen, und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nahegelegene Ort Greetsiel ist sehr schön und malerisch mit den alten Fischerhäusern und -booten. Den nächsten Strand findet man in Norddeich. Check-In sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Das WLAN ist sehr langsam, aber es soll bald Breitbandkabel verlegt werden. Im HWR herrscht ein unerträglicher Geruch, vermutlich aus der Kanalisation. Die Tür zum Wohnbereich sollte man stets geschlossen halten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können guten Gewissens 4 Sterne vergeben.

Das Haus eignet sich auch für 3 Wochen Urlaub. Es ist gut gelegen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, der Zaun ist circa 60 cm hoch.
