Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !

Hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Hotel's staff was very polite, offered to call for a cab to airport, found an adapter, so I could with the electronics made in American in Poland and offerred other services on the hotel's premises. Thank you

Very nice interior and comfortable beds. A shop is within walking distance. There is a tram stop across the road for the city centre and other locations. The staff are very friendly and bilingual. An uber from krakow is only about £10 and 15-20 minutes.

Large rooms, all with balcony and kitchen area (2 ring electric hob, microwave, large fridge with small freezer compartment). 4 night stay, rooms not serviced “due to pandemic”!! Some noise through the wall from the neighbouring room on the last night. Convenient for the cluster of offices at the Life Science And a technology parks, also the Jagellonian University campus, but Kazimierz and the city centre are a 10-20 min taxi ride or 30-40 mins by tram.

Overall good experience. Our room had a kitchen, but there were no appliances, so we had to ask the staff and they let us get what we needed from a closet. We had a mixup with our late checkout. Either we were misunderstood or the ok wasn’t passed on the the next crew. It was fine, but a little inconvenient. Minor things for a good place to stay.

Short stay in Krakow
The Aparthotel was wonderful, very comfortable with a good sized apartment that was well fitted out with everything needed and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The onsite Oregano restaurant provides good service and tasty meals at a reasonable price, and again with friendly customer focussed staff. The Oregano also provides a hot and cold buffet breakfast with an ample selection to suit all. The Aparthotel is about a 25 minute tram ride to the centre of Krakow and as the tram stop was just across the road and with trams to the centre (Nos. 52 and 18) every few minutes this suited us as we did not want to be right in the centre. Krakow old town and castle looked lovely areas to explore but we had been unfortunate with the weather as the three days we stayed it was wet and cold so not ideal for exploring. We were told this was most unusual for May and as soon as we left the weather changed becoming dry and warmer. The area where we stayed looked quite new, there seemed to be a large university and some technology companies with further development still going on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I travelled for business I was working late and starting early. Breakfast starts at 7am which was perfect for my needs. Great location as it’s near a tram platform so you can get the tram into krakow town

Hotel is located conveniently next to a tram stop for the 15min run into the centre. It has the benefit of a small shopping area and resturaunt which serves excellent food. Staff are very attentive and polite. Noise from the road is at a minimum depending on room location, but I had no trouble sleeping with the balcony door open.

Now My Hotel of Choice in Krakow
My stay at the Vanilla Aparthotel was amazing!!! Nothing but excellent service, location, and great value. Tramway stop to go anywhere in city is just outside the front door of building. Hotel reception is on second floor of building with excellent Italian restaurant, supermarket, drug store, and gift shop at ground level. Hotel staff spoke English and were ready and happy to assist in any way they could to make sure your every need and request were handled quickly, far exceeding my service expectations.

Nice hotel convenient for our purpose
Hotel was very handy for our purpose and about 30 minute tram ride into old town. However arrived on Easter Sunday and no restaurants in the vicinity including the hotel restaurant were open. Would have been nice to have been prewarned of this. Had to trek into old town just to eat

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended!
A brand new hotel. Apartments are awesome. Big and comfortable. Balcony with a nice view. Location very good, outside center but there is a tram to the the center right in front of the hotel. The ground floor has a supermarket and and a Rossman which is convenient for buying food products or necessities. The breakfast is served in the adjacent beautiful restaurant and was excellent with a large vaierty of hot/cold dishes. Staff very kind and helpful. Nice neighborhood with more shops/restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel
Helpful staff, good food, clean, comfortable. Need to take 20 mins tram to city center. Had a sleepless night, the people next door were talking so loud up to 3am. Called front desk at midnight, but the noise still kept going.

A good choice
I went to this hotel as I missed my flight home on Friday. It has been a very good choice. It is not very far from the airport, 20 min. The rate very good and downstairs there was also a nice restaurant. I will keep it as a good alternative to hotels in Kracow center.

Good room but beware of noisy construction work
I was arriving very late at night (after midnight) but the staff were good and also organised a airport transfer for me. The room was clean and well-presented but it would have been good to have black-out curtains because the sun was very bright in the morning and woke me up. However, to anyone thinking of staying, I would recommend that they first ask the hotel about the on-going renovation work. There was drilling starting from 8am which woke me up on the second morning and when I was waiting in the lobby for my colleague, the noise was terrible and Im sure I was deafened by it.

good comfortable safe hotel but a bit far away from the places we wanted to visit ---- Divine Mercy Sanctuary John Paul Sanctuary The Square in city. We had to use taxis all the time as there was nowhere of interest nearby.

It was the first and it will be for sure the last time that I was be in this aparthotel. Reservation was done throught a booking site. I was travelling business and I asked my invoice with company information as I do in every hotel. I received the information from staff/manager that they cannot provide an invoice since the reservation was done throught a booking site. I asked them to contact this site since they work together but I receive the information that I should contact the site's heldesk... I was an hotel´s guest and the staff was not able to provide me with the required invoice.

The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. Every member of staff I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is next to a busy road, the room was quiet. I wish the eggs at breakfast had been hotter.

A little outside the city center but very nice.
A little out of the way, but the trains are nearby. Wifi is OK at best. Forget working via your work's VPN, and invest in a hotspot. The staff is friendly and their is a convenience store on the first floor in case you forget any small items during your travels.

Excellent - very helpful staff
The staff here were always helpful, English-speaking and ready to assist. They explained how we could use the tram, the stop is just across the road and takes about 25 mins to get into the town centre (Cracow was much bigger than we expected!) Very clean and tidy. Always felt very safe and secure which as two women is always important. Myself and my mother would definitely recommend.
