Put on your walking shoes
Not the best local area but if you don't mind a good half-hour too a hour walk pass and through, new buildings,roads and pavement's to get to the good bits it's a good place for a low price. And breakfast was ok to.

My stay in Krakow was fantastic. This hotel was the only downside, run down , in the middle of nowhere, rude staff and really shabby rooms. No room safe, no info, no air con, fridge, kettle. Rang as could not locate by foot, asked for help and had phone put down on me. Arrived drenched after 2 hours trying to phone and received by aggressive receptionist. Dark and unlit entrance next to scrapyard and wasteland . A no for lone women travellers as unsafe

Overall nice, calm and clean place. The only thing I was diappointed about was lack of heat in bathroom. When we where at the hotel, the outside temp. was -16℃, so I believe temp. in the bath was around 0℃ which is kind of chellange to get out of the hot shower :)

Hotel Eva is located on the river and might be a bit too far out if you wish to base sightseeing from here. We used it as nothing more than a place to stay overnight, and enjoyed the hotel, dinner in the restaurant and the included breakfast in the morning.

Booked on the day via website. satnav gets you there!(be warned very tight entrance to your left). lots of free parking inc overflow .set in large grounds (beer garden+BBQ) by the river. check in no problem.( friendly). Rooms clean,key not card for door.flat screen tv that worked. a good size room with a view.beds comfortable. only negative as with the majority of hotels- walls are paper thin, maybe that's what the spare pillow is for!! bathroom= clean, shower only ,comp soaps for sink + shower has soap/shampoo dispenser.toilet= 2 rolls .WIFI = excellent signal in my room and reception. Breakfast= excellent . variety of cereals, fresh salad, hams, cheeses,bread,yogurts,fresh juices etc.tea sachets and a brill Nescafe coffee machine that did all varieties. enjoyed my short stay there.its about 2km from Krakow centre, but the taxi's are cheap enough 11zl(£2). very friendly staff-special thanks to Ewelina for her wealth of info.and to her day shift colleague who lent me her phone charger. for £19.53 inc breakfast/free safe parking/free Wifi,would stay again.

The hotel was situated by the river away from all major roads, no sound from traffic but close enough to the town centre. Very easy to get around as the bus and tram services were excellent.

Good deal for travelers by a car
Free parking + free Wifi. The hotel is located 30min a walk from historical old city area and I could enjoy to walk around a river side. No leisure place near by the hotel but if you have a car it should not be a problem.

Extremely unwelcoming stay at Hotel Eva
When we arrived at Hotel Eva, we were given the keys and left to find it ourselves. This room had a pillar in the middle of it, and two single beds despite having booked a double room. We went to complain and were told there must have been a mix-up and we could have a free tea as way of compensation! When we returned to the room after having gone out for a couple of hours we discovered the bathroom floor covered in water, so again we went to the reception desk to complain, but both of the women there looked unconcerned and unapologetic- we had to actually persuade them to come and look at the water on the floor and were told that there was no one available to repair the leaking toilet until the next day, so we had to ask for a towel to soak up the water on the floor. One of the ladies had offered us keys for yet another room(grudgingly) but on inspection this room had two separate single beds both screwed to opposite sides of the walls...which was obviously totally unacceptable to us, so we declined this one and stayed in the second room. The leak appeared to have been repaired the next day, but nobody apologised or let us know. There was a table in the room, but no chairs to sit on which we had seen in the other rooms. There were no tea-making facilities in the room,the two single beds which were together had a 2 inch gap in between and the there were thin mattress toppers on the beds with 2 single duvets which was very awkward for a couple on holiday together.

Would have received better stars if the location was more convenient. It is a hike to the tram stop, but a nice walk if it is not raining. The staff were helpful and the food was top-rate. Rooms were clean, though older and oddly enough our room had a support column in the midst of the room. Had to be careful when exiting the bathroom in the middle of the night. A nice place for the price, I would recommend. One caution: Saturdays are the day for weddings in Poland and they know how to party. There was a huge and loud wedding reception, complete with fireworks at the hotel and with no air conditioning (so had to keep the windows open), we heard every bit of it to the wee hours of the morning. We did not mind but if that would bother you, inquire as to if there is a large event happening during your stay.

Nice hotel at the river bank. A bit removed from the street, and the entry for cars is a bit hidden. There is a taxi boat station Hotel Eva, that operates a few times a day. You can reach the city if you walk about 15 minutes. Or call an Uber taxi. Restaurant did not work the evening I was there, you could only get drinks. You can get some food and drink at a nearby gas station. Breakfast was standard. I liked the fresh cheese. Rooms are quite nice and clean.

It's far from Krakow city center and about 20 minutes away from Krakow Balice airport. So it's better to rent a car. Rooms with river view are recommended.

nem kifejezetten túristabarát szálloda, csak lengyel nyelvű TV adás!!!!!!!!!!, borzasztóan vékony falak, mindent hallani. nincs semmi látnivaló prospektus. Tiszta. Reggeli egyszerűbb svédasztal, de tulajdonképpen van minden, kivéve vasárnap csak kenyér volt, péksütemény semmi. Néhány megállóra a központtól. Nem választanám legközelebb.

Hotellet såg jättefint ut på bilderna, men var betydligt sjaskigare i verkligheten. Städningen undermålig. Frukosten stod framme utan några kylmöjligheter för färskvaror. Läget var annars vackert vid stranden av Wisla. Lätt att promenera in till Krakow utmed floden.

Pobyt był w miarę ok. Zaletą hotelu niewątpliwie jest położenie, gdzie w okresie innym niż zimowy można wyjść na spacer z rodziną i psem. Bardzo dobre śniadania w hotelu. Jesli chodzi o hałąs to niestety w nocy słychać jeżdzące samocody, wiec dla wrażliwych osób moze być to uciążliwe. Jeśli chodzi o Standard hotelu i wystrój to jets ok, i pomimo ogólnej czystości łóżka i pościel wysłużona i przydałoby się jakieś odświeżenie wnętrz hotelu.Pobyt oceniam ogólnie jako udany ale mam niedosyt że w tej cenie powinno być lepiej.

Un très bon hôtel dont l'avantage est le parking gratuit et le petit déjeuner inclus pour des tarifs plus que corrects. Un peu loin du centre, on y accède quand même facilement en marchant 30 à 45 minutes ou par le tram. l’excentration de l’hôtel est quand même pratique quand on à une voiture (en dehors du parking) et qu'on veut visiter la région, l’aéroport se rejoint facilement facilement (25 min environ) ainsi que les mines de sel de wieliczka ou Auschwitz par exemple. La chambre était très confortable et le personnel très accueillant. Une adresse à garder!

Tres bon sejour dans cet hotel qui malheursement est assez loin du centre , oblige de prendre tramway et ensuite un bus pour arret , un peu difficile pour le trouver la premiere fois sinon tres bon acceuil , disponibilité, possibilité de louer des velos et de faire du canoé sur la Vistule jusqu a Cracovie centre!

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce z miłą obsługa i dobrym jedzeniem. Spędziłem tu 3 noce z rodziną i polecam ten kameralny hotel nad sama Wisłą. Hotel jest bardzo czysty, położony w cichym miejscu blisko Wawelu. Pokoje bardzo przyjemne. Obsługa bardzo miła i kulturalna. Z pewnością zatrzymam się tu przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Krakowie.

Preiswertes Hotel 3,5 km von Innenstadt entfernt.
Nach Ankunft Zimmer bezogen. Die äußerst freundliche junge Frau an der Rezeption war mit einer detailierten Wegbeschreibung in die Innenstadt behilflich. Der Weg ist in ca. 40 Min. zu Fuß leicht zu bewältigen. Genau das Richtige um die lange Anreise zu verarbeiten. Taxifahrt ist günstig. Die nächste Strassenbahn ist nur 10 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück war soweit auch ganz in Ordnung.

Velmi hlučná noc!
Hotel má dobrou polohu, že se dá pěšky dostat do centra, další plus je parkování auta. Bohužel jsme zažili v hotelu oslavu, takže do 2 hodin ráno byla diskotéka(neusnuli jsme) a následně do 5 hodin ráno se po hotelu velmi hlučně pohybovali hosté z oslavy. Takže velmi nevyspaní. Doporučuji si zjistit předem, jestli na hotelu nebude nějaká akce, jinak se nevyspíte!!!
