Even though I had a receipt showing I paid for two breakfasts every day of my stay, They couldn’t see it on their computer and therefore they wouldn’t honor my receipt and I did not receive the breakfast. Was not very happy about that.

TRES DECEVANT

avons séjourné du 21 au 28 juillet 2019. A part la gentillesse du personnel , sommes déçus de l'hôtel. Le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois dans la semaine comme le change des serviettes. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, les rideaux occultant n'en parlons pas et il faut les raccroché tout le temps. La literie, un lit double assez confortable et un canapé lit qu'on avait ouvert trés inconfortable. pPetit déjeuner correct quoique du café soluble ce n'est pas top. Peut être faudrait il voir pour un vrai café!!! et celui ci est à 200pln. Le restaurant ne fonctionne que le midi. La télé, aucune chaîne en français pas même TV5 monde. Et pour ce qui est de l'assistance visite, le service est inexistant, pas de dépliant, pas de carte de la région, ni même de la ville la plus proche Cracovie. Même les formule 1 et les premières classe font mieux. C'est vraiment un hotel pour une nuit mais pas pour une longue durée.
