Beautiful boutique hotel with courteous and friendly staff with good English. Great breakfast. Amazing decor including mult-floor chandelier and richly decorated rooms. Perfect location for the Christmas markets in the square. Clean and tidy too.

Upgraded to suite. Very spacious with lovely decor and soft furnishings. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, including parking and returning car, suggesting places to go/eat etc.

Great location. Staff very friendly and resposive. Room was comfortable and interesting. Clean, in good condition, but definitely old world, which given the location works. I would stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is close to everything. The staff is great and very helpful, specially Brygida and Victor. Brygida was able to find us a last minute tour. The rooms need some improvement such as better mattresses and pillows and perhaps a smaller garbage container in the bathroom. The restaurant had great breakfast and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel, specially if you are planning to walk around Krakow which you should do.

Just amazing! Beautiful hotel with staff that go over and above. Perfect location, huge rooms, very quiet. We didn't take the breakfast option but would have liked to have been aware that the Amalia restaurant also serves breakfast items which might have suited us better, we only discovered this when it was too late!

Lovely anniversary stay
Wonderful staff in this classic old hotel on the square. Walking distance to everything and a team ready to help with dinner reservations, transport and sights. Good food in the restaurant too - especially the pistachio burrata.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boneroski Palace for a long weekend/city break. Its a charming little place with a quaint regal feel about it. Small enough to be personable and not like a chain hotel. The rooms are wonderfully large, beautifully decorated and so very quiet. The hotel staff are warm, friendly and helpful. From arranging tours to recommending local restaurants. The location is the best, you literally walk outside onto the square and so perfectly situated for walking around the main tourist attractions.

We just had a wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location as it is right on the square and we loved the old world charm of the Hotel. The room was large and grand. The staff were so nice and very helpful in pre planning our trip (tours, transport & Restaurant reservations). Also loved the 2 Americano’s each morning and the Prosecco at their outdoor Cafe!

Fabulous place!!
Beautiful hotel located on the main square. Location is perfect. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and spacious. Housekeeping excellent. Nice spa area which we used throughout stay. Would stay again and highly recommend. Also, bar area is very nice to have a quiet drink. Perfect for couples.

Beautiful property and great location. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from just outside the hotel, all of which were excellent and a wide variety of international cuisines. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. The wellness center was cozy and perfect to come back to after a long day walking around Krakow. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended a visit here.

Not up to standard for a 5-star hotel: - Garbage bag left in our room after cleaning. - AC in room not working (we were boiling hot in the middle of Polish winter. How?) - Laundry took nearly 3 days to be returned. - Fan in bathroom not working. Everything wet after showering. - Most annoyingly, our room had an office next to it. While this itself isn’t necessarily an issue, staff (seemingly management) would make lots of noise from an early hour. We were not able to sleep-in or comfortably relax in our room due to loud chatting and laughter coming from the office throughout most of the day. Location was amazing, but the above issued left us with a negative experience.

Fantastic hotel in a great location
We had a lovely stay at the Bonerowski Palace hotel. It is very comfortable and the rooms are huge and very clean and in good order. The position next to the main square is also excellent for seeing all attractions in the centre of Krakow.

I have stayed at this wonderful propert 3 times already. The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. Located right in the middle of all ath action with shopping, food, drink and beautiful architecture. The Christmas Market is right outside the hotel. There is a nice mall 10 minute walk away close to the main train station . The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Kamil and Bartek were great. BreKfast was good also. Bonerowski is definitely the place to stay.

I was having a skim through Expedia at some new places to visit. I don’t know why, but Krakow popped up so I had a browse at some of the hotels available and saw this one. Well, when I saw the rooms. I knew that not only was I going to Krakow, but the hotel I was staying at was non negotiable too! The rooms looked so impressive online and decided I would treat myself to their most superior suite as it was very reasonably priced. I have so much to say about this place. It’s called a palace and as far as I’m concerned, it is! It’s the type of place I could see royalty actually living. The amount of space we had was unbelievable. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the square. It was a remarkable room! Everything about our stay was brilliant. Staff were so attentive. They answered the phone within one ring and sprung into action whether it be delivering room service or collecting our plates etc. They were great. When we arrived we were taken to our room and given a very warm welcome. That only happens when you stay somewhere really nice! We were given complimentary water, coffee etc. The amenities in the room were great too. Our room even had a piano! I’m a bit rusty, but I treated the square to the first verse of ‘silent night’. Ok it’s July… but it’s the only song I can play on the piano! The bathroom was brilliant, water pressure excellent. Bath was super deep! The furnishings were such good quality. Real solid oak products. Everything was spotless.

I liked the location very much. I liked the look of the interior and our Red Room 306. I did not like the window overlooking windows close by but that is just part of being in the old town. I did not like that there is only one key for the room which activated the electricity and also was needed to use the elevator. The breakfast menu was good and the food provided was tasty and plentiful.

5 stars simply arent enough for this hotel, its right outside the main square, lovely staff, I stayed in one of their Exec Apartments that had a view of the square, just amazing from start to finish - the inside of the rooms feels like a palace, whilst its in the main area its surprisingly quiet inside the room.

Priceless stay in beautiful place.
Nothing to complain about the hotel, staff and service. However the privileged location of the hotel makes difficult to access with own car. Specially this with the local police whom seem not to like foreign registered vehicles in the zone. Since I was requested to leave immediately the zone, not once but in two occasion in two days without consideration that I had to unload or load lots of luggage. I credit the staff with their surprise and embarrassment and annoyance due to the behavior of the local police. Hope the hotel can find a solution for future guests. Again, I have to stress the hotel location, staff politeness and exquisite Cousine are an absolute 10 for the hotel.
