The hotel is not well maintained. The shower was broken, the door was broken in the shower and all the water was blown out. Really cold water in the pool, so we couldn't stay there for a few minutes, sauna didn't work at all. Not recommended

The front desk staff were great, very helpful and kind. Bartender and wait staff were rude and without personality. The food, especially dinner was very below average.

A great hotel
This by far from all hotels I stayed so far in this long trip to Europe, the best hotel. A breakfast like a 5 star hotel - excellent. Great staff, super clean, great location and easy access to transportation. I loved this hotel and I’ll recommend my family when visiting this beautiful city of Krakow.

Stayed here after flying from the US before we drove to friend’s house. Nice hotel, friendly staff and good rooms. Our staff spoke very good English. The breakfast was good, although different than American breakfast. I would arrange with the hotel about airport shuttle before arrival.

Lovely hotel!
Very nice, modern hotel close to the airport and only 10 mins by taxi into the town centre. Taxi during the day called for us by the hotel cost 22 zloty into town centre but watch out in the evenings as we felt we were ripped off. 3 nights, 3 different prices - 51 zloty, 40 zloty then a whopping 65 zloty!

great looking hotel that is starting to LOOK tired
Hotel is modern enough looking & well laid out .... However the maintenance of the hotel is slipping and the decoration is loosing its shine..... en suit in room beautifully laid out and nice touches in it. However the heated towel rail didn't work, the grouting in the tiles floor and walls was stained and yellowing.... the worst bit was the shower riser rail had broken .... the result being a shower head at the bottom of the rail and only suitable for hobbits, when I complained to the desk I was told that they would look at it.... the next day I jammed a coffee sachet in it so I could shower standing up... it stayed that way till we departed 2 days later NO ACTION from the desk or the maintenance company..the wall paper in the bedroom had started to peel back and stained in a couple of areas... generally there was quite a few really nice touches EG sauna and swimming pool was beautiful but let down by the lack of the fountains not working and a few plants (even good plastic ones) in there would have lifted the place hugely... planters in the out door patio were nicely laid out but EMPTY !!! I have to say as a builder and landscape gardener that completes most of the second fixings in properties ie kitchens bathrooms saunas wet rooms specialist paint and plaster effects lawn and soft and hard landscaping with a huge knowledge of plants all to a high standard ... if you need a good site manager with an eye for detail id take it on and make it a 5* hotel again :-)

Less than a 3star Hotel far from Center of krakov
Well I was expecting a much better Hotel , According to Expedia this hotel has a Steam room as mentioned on Expedia website but this is not correct !! Hotel is Old with old furniture , the ventilation system is a central AC the keeps running even when u close your thermostat it was a very cold room with a cold weather I asked for a heater in August to warm our room a bit I felt sick because of our freezing room .. The breakfast is poor and this hotel is overrated ..I don't advise people to take it ...

A needed hotel in a beautiful city
Staff in restaurant overwhelmed for a 4 star hotel - not listening, not caring, sometimes rude. Shower and light above sink didn't work, no apologies. But the shower was fixed. One receptionist promised a new room the next day, the other day was laughing about it the next day. It is still sad, the guest is not the king yet but the staff. The room was clean, bed excellent,

Food was awful room was boiling hot as air con not working so asked staff to look at it or perhaps change rooms. However nothing was done. A little out from Old Market Square but not a bad base. Overall u enjoyed my break in Krackow but that was more to do with the place not the hotel

Hotel reception very helpful for ordering taxis, organising tours and even a late night pizza! Room was clean, breakfast average but was included in the price. Location 7 min taxi ride from the town costs around 6€ or 25 zloty very cheap!!

We had huge expectations as this was the most expensive hotel we've stayed in Krakow so far. Started with rude receptionist during our checkin, followed by dirty cover on bed in the room and room bathroom where it looked like someone did not flash the water properly after doing number one. On the good side: responsive aircon, did the job properly with 31 C degrees outside. Breakfast ok. In general: cheaper and better hotel next time.

We stayed in a 2-room suite with plenty of room for 4 people. Breakfast is incredible! Wifi spotty and weak but all else great. Friendly staff. A bit off the beaten path but great with own transportation.

The Hotel was Perfect!
I booked this hotel for me and another friend who were visiting Krakow for a weekend during our study abroad session. When we finally arrived at our hotel, we saw that it was slightly in the middle of nowhere. However, what this hotel lacks in location it makes up in with service, staff, and comfort. When we went to check-in the person at the reception desk answered all of our questions regarding what we wanted to do that weekend, gave us bus route directions to the T, and also recommend other things we should do while we were visiting Krakow basically talking to us for almost 15/20 min patiently. After checking in, when we got to our room the room was clean, comfortable,and we had no complaints with it what so ever. We also find out that the hotel has an indoor pool and sauna available to guests for no additional cost. After our 3 night stay when we told the person as the receptions desk that we needed to leave early and would miss breakfast, he had to-go breakfast ready to go, printed our boarding passes for us (we emailed them to him) and also called a cab for us at no additional cost. I can honestly say that if I was to visit Krakow anytime in the future, I would book a room here without any hesitations.

Krakow visit
Great value, excellent breakfast included wuth room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the central square, however, still walkable if you are not dragging baggage. I was very satisfied.
