8.8/10 Excellent! (28 reviews)
Very good apartment in the centre of Poznań. Everything was as described and the stay was enjoyable. I would've give 5 stars if there was a toaster in the apartment and 2 or 4 coffee pods left in the room on arrival would've made a big difference. But overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

8.2/10 Very good! (31 reviews)
I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that I was doing something wrong. Then she acquiesced but said it would be four days before that could be looked into, which of course coincided with my check-out day. Other than that, the bed was uncomfortable in this unit; it's not the same quality as in their units on Bóżnicza street. Nevertheless, I recommend Homely Place apartments and will stay again since usually their apartments are fabulous.
