Tek kelimeyle rezalet
Daha ilk günden sorunlar yaşamaya başladık. İlk gün gelmeden önce arayıp otele girişimizi biraz geç yapacağımızı söyledik ve bu sebeple odamızı hazır etmelerini rica ettik. Ama bırakın odayı hazır etmeyi ilk başta bize verdikleri oda kullanılmıştı, yataklar üzerinde yatılmış, dağınık, tuvalet pis, oda içerisinde çöpler vardı. Gidip şikayet edince azar işittik. Keyfimizden mi veriyoruz falan dendi. Sonradan odamız değiştirildi. Ramazan dolayısıyla havuz saatleri değiştirilmiş ama bize yanlış saat bilgileri verildi. Havuzdaki yetkili ile resepsiyondakinin birbirinden haberi yok. Yine şikayet edince resepsiyon görevlisinin adam gibi konuşun vs şeklinde hakaretine maruz kaldık. Kahvaltı ve yemekler felaket. Kahvaltıya herkes hücum ediyor, yeterli poğaça yapılmadığı için poğaçalar erkenden bitiyor. Çay almak için uzun kuyruklara girmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Size sıra geldiğinde ya çay bitmiş oluyor, ya da fincan bitmiş oluyor, gene alamıyorsunuz. Yemekler yatılı okul yemeği şeklinde doğru dürüst et yemeği yok. Herşey kıt kanaat. Çoğu zaman istediğiniz yemek siz alıncaya kadar bitiyor. Tek kelimeyle rezalet. Toplama kampı gibi bir yer. Hiçbir doğru düzgün sosyal faaliyet yok. Havuzlar gerçekten çok pis. Soğuk yüzme havuzunun üzerinde bir yağ tabakası yüzüyor. Termal havuz ise küvet gibi, ,içerisine temiz termal su gelmiyor. Baştan bir dolduruyorlar, sonra saatlerce herkes aynı suya girip çıkıyor, temizlik sıfır. İçine girenler işedi mi işemedi mi renginden belli değil zaten...

Her sene bayram gezmesi için gittiğimiz Dede evinde kalmak yerine bu defa geçen sene inşaat aşamasında olan termal da kalalım hem dedemizi ziyaret edelim hemde Otel rahatı yaşayalım dedik ama pişman olduk. Rezervasyonu 2 yetişkin + 1 bebek ( 0 - 2 ay ) olarak yaptık.Chek-in 15:00 beşik ve su ısıtıcı istedik gelişi ertesi akşamı buldu nerdeyse o da kavga dövüş.Dedim ya geçen sene inşaattı bu otel diye yeni eşyalar beklersiniz değil mi sanki kapanın elinde kalan mezattan alınma gibi 1 sene içerisinde 2. elden hallice olmuş sıfır olması gereken ürünler.Bayram günü koskoca otelde çalışan 3 kişi vs. uzun lafın kısası vasattan da öteydi beklentilerimiz karşılığı
