The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little dirty at corner spots but acceptable. Overall feeling is good and positive for the price they charged.

Overall experience is nice, for a solo traveler, the room size is just perfect. Spacious enough for one person, not too small and not too big. It is in Kwun Tong, not exactly Kowloon, 2 stops away from Kowloon Bay with MTR. Quite far if your purpose to HK is going around, need 2x change of MTR lane to go to the HK island and 1x change to TST/Mongkok. Although staffs are not entirely friendly, but they are very helpful. I love the sustainability movement, by providing water dispenser on every floor, no bottles provided in the room. The fitness center is very nice with new equipment too.

Nice hotel but away from the center
Overall happy with our stay. The location is away from the center of Hong Kong but MTR fairly close. Bed was not comfortable, very hard. Swimming pool got no sun as tall buildings blocking it. So a bit cool. Also there was a worker there basically watching over us. Not very relaxing. Room was a nice size and our view at night was pretty.

Excellent staff. Excellent services. Very clean hotel with good room size and comfortable bed. Our friend stayed in the same hotel and couldn't reach us. He notified the front desk and they quickly came to our room with a note. Very convenient location with MTR Kwun Tong 8 minutes walk, many bus stops along the way, plus plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. We took A22 bus instead of the Express Train to the airport based on friend's recommendation. That bus stop is only 10 minutes walk away, we get to enjoy the scenery to the airport, and A22 has storage space for luggages.

Great service, attentive, and helpful! The room has big windows with lots of light. Adequate space for my 4 suitcases and move around easily. Room was clean and in good condition. Highly recommended it!

Worst stay I've ever experienced yet. Charge the customer 5HKD per local call. The room is dim and disgusting. Found trash inside the bin when I first arrive. A smell of smoke inside the bathroom. Planning to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, but ending up leaving early due to the hazardous environment.

Carpet was dirty, no USB for phone charging and even unavailable for lending at front desk. Attitude of front door staffs taking temperature measurement were rude.
