"We booked this place thinking that it would be a good stay during our time at Naxos. Far from the truth. Upon arrival, someone who we did not understand and he did not understand us showed up to show us the stay. After staying in the room for about one hour, the AC in the main bedroom that my wife and I and baby would be sleeping in started dripping water. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again.
