The room so dusty until i get my asthma attack...the room no enough lamp and dark...the bathroom very coZy n old..the staff not bery friendly .i heard some of staff talking back behind me eventhough i not far from them..overall bery terrible

The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. There are many amenities nearby like seafood restaurants, eateries, pharmacies, shopping malls. Will definitely come back again!

I like the studio, which has an good view of the sea, and the hotel is close to the amenities and eating places. Being a studio room, I would have love a worktable so that those on business trips can work in the room. Presently, we have to work on the bar counter will is not good as it strain the back.

Good location
The location is very good for the event that I attended. I can just walk for 5-7 minutes from the hotel to All Saints Cathedral, and it's was help me cut the transportation cost. 1st night I can't sleep well because of the itchy on my body, and I believe the bedsheets was not clean. But thanks for the cleaners that the next day after I informed the cleaners and asked them to change my bedsheets, they responded well and I have a good rest well.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in center of downtown KK. Walking distance from street markets, malls, beaches, mosques, and waterfront port areas. Room was clean and everything from water bottles, towels, and sheets were changed daily. TV had many channels in English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Malay, etc. Breakfast buffet was different everyday and served delicious local dishes including freshly brewed coffee from the cafe. Security and front desk 24/7 made us feel safe during our entire stay. Lobby staff member Mr.Genesis was extremely helpful and kind who paid the highest attention to hotel guest needs and questions about Kota Kinabalu. Thank You Cititel! Looking forward to staying again in my next visit.

The first room we checked in was dirty, however the staff responded quick and changed another room for us. Room was small, but basic amenities were available. The bathroom was not bad, bed was very comfy.

Love the Strictly Non-Smoking policy!
The entire hotel is strictly no smoking. They are really strict on that even asked the guess to sign a non smoking policy! I love that! If you hate cigarrette smell, this is the hotel wont dissappoint you!

Super convenient, clean and comfortable.
Booked the single room with a window. View was okay and bed very comfortable. The good: clean, convenient, sufficient for a few nights, fuss free. Shower was powerful. Couldn't fault anything in the room. There's no fridge, kettle, ironing board but the hot water and ironing station is next to the evelators. 3in1 coffee provided as well as a small hairdryer. TV reception was a bit wonky. The room was small but that's all I needed for a night stay. Met all my expectations. You would be able to hear people talking outside as they walk by but generally quiet enough. Some construction work may be heard occasionally, but minimal. Restaurants are just outside and plenty of massage centres. I had a very good massage at Zen Borneo Reflexology at Asia City complex next door. Walking distance to the markets and everything else. Definitely recommended for a fuss free, afforable stay.
