"Die buchung wurde mit Haus 34,0,whg 3. Leider gibt es hier keine 1.etage. Die Rezeption des Golfplätzen hat uns suchen helfen, die sagten, dass es bei belvilla oft Probleme gibt. Eigentlich wollten wir schon wieder abreisen. Letztlich war die richtige wohnung im Haus 43,0 Nr 3 am Nachmittag noch von einer Familie mit 2 Kids belegt und nicht gereinigt, auch die Fenster waren total verschmutzt. Wir lassen uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Rückerstattung."

"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. "Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "
