Apartment 7:
This duplex apartment is the perfect place for a nice family holiday or relaxing days with friends. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath, shower and sauna and a guest toilet over 2 floors. In addition to a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher you will find in the lower floor of a spacious living-dining area, with enough space for spending time together at the large dining table or on the cozy couch with TV. On cold days you can enjoy the roaring fire of the fireplace here. The large balcony area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. A linen package can be booked for € 14.00 per person. It includes a large bath towel, a towel, a large sauna towel and pillow and blanket cover and a sheet.

In our ten apartments of different sizes you can expect a sophisticated equipment, which offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The modern furnished apartments are equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday: modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and fridge combination and dishwasher; Bathroom with shower, whirlpool (ap. 4 & 5, 7 & 8, 9 & 10) and sauna; Bedroom with comfortable beds and living room with comfortable couch and TV for evening entertainment. You can relax on the one hand in the beautiful summer months on your private terrace or a beautiful spacious balcony. In addition, all apartments are equipped with a fireplace and a sauna that sweeten them even the cooler months of the year. The cliff and the beach are around the corner and are good to reach by a short walk. A hike to the nearby Streckelsberg is also worthwhile. Shops and restaurants are numerous in town and are all within walking distance. Karls strawberry farm is a daily attraction for young and old.

Nice flat lacking essential facilities

Flat is well located near the beach. But there is no access to a washing machine, the only sofa is small & uncomfortable & the outdoor furniture is old & rickety. Generally the fixtures fittings & utensils need updating. The checkin procedure did not work owing to an error on the part of the property owner & we were badgered for additional payment for cleaning without any justification when the flat had been left in a good state. Overall this flat is OK but you can almost certainly do better.

Gute Unterkunft

Strand ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnfahrten sind im Kurticket enthalten. Kommunikation top. Preis ist angemessen und günstig. Gegend sowieso sehr schön. Einzig der recht frühe Checkout um 10:00 Uhr ist nicht so toll.
