"This is always my go-to hotel for one night pre-cruise. It has always been excellent. This time, not so much! When I entered my room, there was a large fan/carpet dryer running in there, so there had obviously been some kind of flooding issue. I turned it off and put it outside the room, letting the front desk know. They never followed up about it. The carpet outside the bathroom area was very wet, but for one night I didn't feel like escalating. I am back again in May and hoping things have improved!"

"The AC did not work, room smelled musty. The bathroom was remodeled but the shower floor was slippery. I recommend grab bars to be installed as I almost fell. Location is prime store and restruants easy walk. "

"It was ok for one night before our cruise. Looks like this was a Motel 6 location that is independent now. The property is tired but functional. The room had a nice view of the Harbor and Maritime museum, but there was a lot of street noise. Room itself was clean but tired. Ok for one night. "

"The staff was extremely rude upon check in. We were told the room had air conditioning and could sleep 5, but upon arrival there was 1 king bed and 1 queen. When I asked where our 5th person was supposed to sleep, as we were charged $20 for having an extra person (and ok ages were input so you could easily see we had no infants or children under 5) I was told to pay $30 extra for a roll away bed. Then the air conditioning in the room kept showing an error code and did not work our entire stay. There was only 2 towels in the room and the hand soap was empty. When we asked for more the gentleman rudely rolled his eyes, slammed the door behind him and then brought the items back to me. We had stayed here before with no problems or issues but this time was so unpleasant we definitely won’t be back. So to recap, we have rude guest services, an AC that did not work, not enough towels, empty hand soap, and treated like an inconvenience when they didn’t make the room up properly. Do better Sir. As a business owner myself, this is not how you get return customers. "

"The room was very dirty, there was so much dust and dirt that we ended up leaving our shoes on and sleeping in our clothes. Very concerned for safety and unfortunately no alternative place to try to find as we arrived close to midnight and needed to be somewhere before the cruise the next morning. We ended up leaving as early as possible and walked to the cruise port just to get out of the neighbourhood which had various individuals living in their vehicles parked on the street etc. Do not recommend this property"
