"This was an amazing 5 days stay in the wonderful house near Levi. The location is very close to the city centre, so you can walk 10 minutes or drive 2 minutes to the centre. The house itself is in a superb condition: fully equipped kitchen, modern heating system, air con in the main room, the fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating made the stay very warm and cosy. There was different options to dry clothes and shoes, which was very helpful. We were pleased that there was lots of dry food...

"Good location! The house is in the corner and did feel very private even though there are neighbors nearby. The glass window facing the forest and no neighbor behind you is great! Glass roof is awesome. We saw northern lights 2 out of 5 nights stay from the comfort of the bed and then ran outside for pictures. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Place is as pictured. Great communication. I would definitely stay again! "

"This house was very well equipped, the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need. The sauna was lovely and the drying room was brilliant. The heating was incredible, we actually had to turn it off as the house was so well insulated. Perfect distance to walk into Levi only 10 minutes. It sleeps 9 but with only one shower this was a bit challenging but there were two WC. The arrival details were accurate and easy. 15 minutes from the airport too!"

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und nur 2min entfert von der nächsten Loipe. Sehr hilfsbereite Hausverwalter. Einzig Anleitungen und Hausregeln in Englisch haben uns gefehlt (Kamin, Sauna, Müllentsorgung, etc.). Sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Die Sauna ist gut für 2 Leute, jedoch zu klein für mehr. Da wir jedoch nur zu zweit waren, war es vollkommen ausreichend. Nächstes Mal würden wir die Sauna Handtücher jedoch separat mitnehmen, da sie in dem Wäsche Paket nicht vorgesehen waren."

"Apartment clean and comfortable although very expensive for the small size. 2nd bedroom like a box and no bedside lamp. What wasn’t managed well at all were the outside areas. Due to the weather, very slippery ice had formed and it was dangerous to walk to the door of apartment and to the car, especially with luggage. Grit previously thrown down had iced over so no use at all. In places there was 2 inches of water over sheet ice. In the middle of the access to car parking area there was a drain hole and about 1 foot deep of ice built up around it to the level of the car park with all the winter snow, so it had created an enormous pot hole. A grill should have been placed over this. Our car wheels went down this hole and we were lucky not to have damaged it. I went and reported the dangerous and icy conditions to the reception staff and a small amount of new grit was thrown down. More should have been done to improve this situation. If I had been able to find a metal spade I would have roughed up the ice myself by the front door to make it safer. The apartments are in a convenient location to access Lift 6 at Levi ski resort, however there are better value for money options in the resort."

We had to wash all the dirty plates, cups and glasses when we arrived which was a bit frustrating as it didnt all fit in the dishwasher.) Lots of storage, great space for a family for a week! This was our second stay, and we would book again. "

"This property is advertised as a boutique hotel, but in reality it operates more like a bed and breakfast. In fact, there is a sign above the entrance that clearly reads “B&B,” not hotel, which was our first indication that the listing may not accurately reflect the property. When we arrived, there was no front desk or formal check-in area. The first thing we encountered upon entering was an open kitchen, and unfortunately the smell of food traveled upstairs to our room, which was located on the floor above. The room itself was extremely small, not large enough to accommodate our luggage. It was essentially a bed with two small night tables squeezed into the space. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom situation. Our room did not have a private bathroom. The bathroom was shared. On the app, under room amenities, it clearly lists “Bathroom,” which reasonably led us to believe the room included a private bathroom. After discovering the shared arrangement, we went back to the listing to see if we had missed something, but we could not find this clearly disclosed. Because of this, we ultimately decided to leave the property. We requested at least a partial refund, given that the listing felt misleading, but unfortunately the property did not honor even a partial refund. Travelers should be aware that this property functions much more like a B&B with shared facilities, rather than the boutique hotel experience suggested in the listing."
