"We had hard time to connect with the check in person. When we arrive and check out a rental car, we use the Google map, somehow it direct us to middle of no where, We ask a random person smoking outside the house where is house. Finally get to the place, however it is pitch dark. We couldn’t use the what’s up to connect, luckily there is a neighbor house mate checked in, we ask to use their phone to connect, finally we got the code to get inside the room, this is terrible experience for the check in process."

"Room was clean and a good size. The view from the balcony was as advertised and was quite nice, especially at sunset. Easy access to the main road and a very short drive to DBV airport. Walkable to anywhere in the town, near a very nice restaurant (By The Way is the name of it). Everything was quiet and comfortable. Only downside is parking is very very tight. There is not enough space for everyone to park without blocking others in."

"I say this hotel good for probably older people or families, staff was ok, all-inclusive drinks only local they no clue how to make Mojito overall poor quality cocktails,nice wellness facilities, good location just couple things they have to improve- double beds it's not available in hotel only twin beds they laying on top additional leyar but still we was falling into that gap for us was very uncomfortable I told the main manager to try him self to sleep and he promised to check. And next thing was no evening entertainment at all really borring hotel. "

"lovely hotel in a lovely place BUT our 1 night stay was spoilt by 5 fire alarms between 3am & 5am. clearly a technical problem (not genuine incidents) but annoying nonetheless"
