Beautiful hotel! But it lacked a fun vibe. We’ve stayed at several W hotels, and the website didn’t accurately depict the environment. The lobby bar and restaurant was empty every night. Several of the pool waiters seemed annoyed to be working, and even did an eye roll when we asked ordered water.
