You live in a largely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the Karwendel. Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two beds each, on request also with extra bed and cot, satellite; TV, WiFi, shower, toilet Family friendly accommodation, In winter there is a free ski course for children from 4 to 12 years on 7 nights. There is also a free ski course for guests aged 50 and over in certain weeks in January and March. So far, all guests have learned to ski with our funny ski instructors and have gained a lot of joy. You can walk to the slopes from our apartment. The free ski courses only take place if the snow is right. There is a snow-making system at the Hoferlift. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, hat aber alles was man braucht. Wenn etwas fehlt oder man hat eine Frage, kann man jederzeit zu Maria und Luis gehen. Sie haben das Herz am richtigen Flecken. Zum Einkaufen muss man nach Kolsass hinunter. Dort hat es Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank... Bitte beachtet, dass Schneeketten Pflicht ist im Winter. Auch bei 4x4 Autos. Am letzten Tag hat Maria den Kinder eine Geschichte erzählt. Sie haben es genossen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder ##### Manuela L. Man ist schnell in Innsbruck, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit. Die Skischule für die Kinder war super, sehr nette Lehrerinnen und Lehrer. Die Eigentümer sind auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist leider nicht gut gepflegt, nicht so sauber, aber alles andere drumherum die Ausflugsziele und die Natur waren dann sehr schön für uns....somit war der Urlaub gelungen. Rustige plek naast de skipiste. Jammer genoeg was er in de week dat wij er waren weinig sneeuw in het dal, maar het Zillertal is met 30-45 minuten rijden goed bereikbaar. Wertvolle und hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziel. Ein ganz entzückender Geschichtenerzählabend, von dem besonders unsere Kinder ganz begeistert waren. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts haben wir zweimal in Almhütten übernachten können (das war im Angebot enthalten), ein ganz tolles Erlebnis. Wir haben uns bei Maria & Luis unglaublich wohlfühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, in der Küche gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt (Backofen, Mikrowelle, gleich 2 Kühlschränke), Spiele und Spielzeug sowie Bücher für die Kinder...Und dazu bietet die Region gleich nebenan einen gratis Skikurs an...Besser geht es nicht. Unser persönliches Highlight aber war der bezaubernde Märchenabend bei unseren Gastgebern, der sogar von der Tochter von Maria und Luis musikalisch begleitet wurde - meine 3 Jungs waren hin und weg! Bessere Gastgeber als Maria und Alois sind schwer zu finden. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - außer etwas mehr Schnee vielleicht ;-) Die Piste war nach einigen Tagen präpariert, und durch die Feiertage vorher und etliche Unternehmungen hatten wir bis dahin auch genug Programm. Das Skilaufen direkt vor Ort war prima. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat einen traumhaften Blick übers Tal. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war unser erster Skiurlaub mit drei Kindern in Österreich, das Skigebiet ist übersichtlich und sehr familienfreundlich. Maria und Luis sind tolle Vermieter, sehr freundlich, offen, immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt. In der Küche sogar zwei Kühlschränke für alle Vorräte. Mit tollem Panoramablick auf die Berge und direkt auf die Piste im Ort. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! ##### Nicole H. Wir wurden ganz herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Danke für die vielen Tipps und Informationen die Ihr und gegeben habt. Die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge waren Balsam für unsere Seele. Kolsass ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Wandern, Baden, Essen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und natürlich Innsbruck.Viele Ausflugsziele sind in 30 min.Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Übernachtung auf der Alm war aus gesundheitlichen Gründen leider nicht möglich. Beim nächsten Mal klappt es bestimmt. Der letzte Abend bei Euch, mit der Märchenerzählstunde war ein schöner Ausklang für unseren viel zu kurzen Urlaub. Wir haben jetzt schon wieder Sehnsucht. Ihr seit wirklich ganz lieb Leut und wi kam wieder. 5 Berliner (2 Erwachsene und 3Kinder)können euch diese Unterkunft mit separatem Eingang und den herzensguten Vermietern nur empfehlen.
