It was nice having the living space and the bedrooms on separate floors so people could sleep in without being bothered. The location is luxurious and the views are breathtaking. The place is good value for the money you pay. However, we encountered some issues during our stay. There were grimy cups in the kitchen, the light in the bathroom was not working, and ants where everywhere on the balcony. It would have been perfect if these issues were addressed. Additionally, we found it difficult to navigate through the numerous emails sent by the property manager. It would be helpful if they could consolidate the information into one email instead of sending multiple emails. This would make it easier for tenants to keep track of important information. ##### Dmitry Y. We were looking for a place near Brenecke Beach in Poipu and this place was the perfect distance away. A short walk (about 3 mins) and we were there. Great for running trails as well. The host was very communicative, even during a tsunami warning. The a/c helped as well during warmer days. We are sad to leave. Aloha and Mahalo! ##### Brian L. We arrived a little before check in time and they helped us check in early which was very helpful. Close proximity to the beach, loved the AC in the unit and the layout of the condo! ##### kim b. The property was very clean and the property managers were extremely responsive when I had questions. The two full bathrooms were perfect for 4 adults and the kitchen and living room area were great for downtime. The location was perfect too. We could walk to Poipu beach and could easily drive to other parts of the island for excursions. There were also several restaurants and cafes that were within walking distance, especially if you don’t mind a little bit of a longer stroll in the beautiful weather.
