New apartment on the 1st floor (elevator) with 1 bedroom. Located in the center, within walking distance of the sea. Sunny balcony at the rear. Modern and rural interior. Pets are not allowed. Wifi and digital TV. Layout Living room with modern fitted kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed and sleeping alcove with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
