This is a perfect location to stay with children. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and relax admiring the wonderful surroundings. You don't have to cross the street with the tram to go to the sea, it is within walking distance. The supermarket, bakers, butchers, fishmongers, and restaurants are a stone's throw from the apartment. Additionally, there are many other tourist attractions worth a visit. Through the entrance hall, you enter the sunny and cozy living room with access to the balcony with sea views, an open kitchen with an electric hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a bath with a shower wall and two sinks. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. At the back are the 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
