Luxurious sunny studio apartment completely renovated with side sea view. No smoking, No pets allowed (not allowed in the building), parking included Layout The apartment has a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the trimmings. Bathroom with shower, toilet, two double sofa beds in the living room.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het verblijf was achteraf goed maar start minder. Vier dagen geen TV moest nieuw ...

Het verblijf was achteraf goed maar start minder. Vier dagen geen TV moest nieuwe komen met overleg Franse eigenaar studio. Halve vakantie op moeten offeren wachten op bezorging TV. Overnachten met slaapbank is ook wel wennen en voor ons niet ideaal. Parkeren ondergronds (gratis)is ook wel onderneming. Locatie is verder mooi vlakbij zee. Goede ondersteuning gehad van Dhr. Dirk Hossen van Immi!
