Inside, you’ll find a cozy entrance hall that leads to a comfortable sleeping area with flexible arrangements for two (with two single beds). The airy living room is an ideal space for relaxation and includes a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the serene views. This apartment's location on the second floor ensures you enjoy peace and quiet, coupled with convenient access via an elevator. Just a short distance away, discover the sandy shores of Baldus Beach and the family-friendly attractions of Plopsaland De Panne (7.5 km away). The consumption of electricity, heating, hot water (for houses: cold water) is not included and will be deducted from the deposit you paid. Please note that consumption is higher during the winter months. (The maximum rates that can be charged for water, electricity, and gas consumption are: €7.25/m³ water – €0.64/kWh electricity (day) – €0.44/kWh electricity (night) – €1.46/m³ gas)
