When I first saw this property I was confused as the pictures look 5 stars but some websites describe it at 3.
The property is location in Bangrak which is a walk from the main road. Once you get to the main road there are places to eat, go to the beach , have a massage.
We are not into resorts and on the last trip we stayed in a hotel/villa.
The property is spacious , with everything needed to cook if you wish.
The property was cleaned once. We were informed it would have been cleaned twice but apparently this was an error and it was twice in 7 days however we stayed 7 nights so we were confused.
The bins are supposed to be changed daily although one day this did not happen.
The location for a bit of a walk sometimes a nice walk other times when you just want to get home it can be annoying.
The driver who was recommend for his taxi service was very expensive. We used him once and never again. A trip to Tesco to the villa and to bophut was 1500 baht. We said Tesco lotus as in the guide but this we found out later was at the end of the road so we took us to a huge store.
If we were to go again to koh samui I would choose a villa that was serviced. There were small issues That were sorted out within 24hours, however there were little frustrations like being given a phone to use on our stay that we could make local calls but then it didn’t have credit on.
There seems little passion for making guest enjoy their stay and things are rushed. Tha
