Nice hotel in a great location, clean beach. However, this review is mainly focused on the service provided in the hotel. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, however the service is not up to a 3 star. We were traveling with family and therefore reserved 4 rooms in the hotel. At check in we were asked to provide passports for all the members of our party and the receptionist went to make copies. Being that it was a late evening and we were very tired after being on the road for the whole day, we did not notice that one of the passports was not returned. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the passport was at the reception desk for all this time. None of the hotel representatives made any attempts to get in touch with us (knowing which room the person is staying in) to return the passport or notify us that it is still at the reception. The fact that the passport is missing was identified by us upon checking into another hotel 5 hours drive away (in Borjomi). The hotel let us check out and leave without bothering to let us know that one of the passports remains with them. I really don’t have any words to characterize this attitude (forget the level of service). Also, it should be noted that the room service is extremely poor - each time we ordered our order was messed up.

There are violations of public safety on the beach that belongs to this property. There are no life guards and motor boats and jets are coming to close to the beach where people are swimming.

The 5 Star Hotel that lives up to it’s name.
We had an amazing 7day break at the Georgia Palace Hotel. Everything was of an excellent standard. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel was very well presented and cleanliness was top notch. The food had something for everybody, Eastern, Western and anywhere in between. Our only small compliant was the poor condition of the two bicycles that we hired. We couldn’t change the height of the seats, very uncomfortable and one of the bikes had no gears or brakes.

Very poor wifi though it's free. Front desk promised to deliver electrical adapter but forgot. The most funny thing is that when I came to check out to pay extra cost (rooms have been paid already online by expedia) and returned 4 keys for 2 rooms, I were invoiced to a room of other guest then the hotel called me on my way back to Tbilisi saying that l paid to a wrong room...so must to pay some discrepancies...... Seems unqualified management though the location and hardware are somehow ok.

Read alot bad things about service on this hotel, but thought since it was a 5 star hotel it would be ok. How wrong I was. When me and my girl arived to hotel with alot of lugage we got no help getting it inside. There where 3-4 people from hotel outside smoking and tried to look invinsible. Notice at once that it was no service. Had to ask for everything, like where is eleveator and where to go. No info about that internet had been down since day before, got to know that when we asked for wifi. And could not say when it would be fixed. Nice and clean rooms, but doesent have wine opener and stereo, things like that. Forgot a pair of very expensive sunglasses, so later the day we checked out I send a mail about it. And next day I turned up at hotel. They saied they hadnt answer email because it hadnt been people in lobby, and did not find my sunglasses. Worst service ever on a hotel. Would rather sleep on the beach than stay here again.

Perfect hotel for family vacation with or without kids. It is good enough and much more better than Turkish hotels of the same type. Good food, good SPA, big clean rooms with sea view, sea beach. Surrounding neighbourhood is very poor and almost no place to go, you could visit Botanical garden in few kilometers and that is all.

Isolated high class hotel
Nice luxery hotel at the seaside. Outside the season we were the only guests! Beds not comfortable. In the beginning of November cold rooms and no heating system working.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen positiven Eindruck. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison waren kaum Gäste anwesend. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr professionell. Lediglich der Wellness-Bereich hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Bra opphold, nesten bare russere som besøker stedet. Personalet er ganske flinke i engelsk. Sengene er litt gamle, ellers bra standard. Sted for å slappe av, og ellers ikke mye å gjøre. "Stranden" er små runde steiner. Går fint å bade når det ikke blåser, da blir det fort høye og farlige bølger. Fint å leie taxi til nabo byen, Batumi.

Все понравилось, не считая некоторых недочетов. Видно, что персонал старается. В отеле очень много детей, вечерами и в плохую погоду они бегают и стопорят лифты. Недостаточно развлечений и анимации для детей. В ресторане на крыше слабенькое меню и тоскливая живая музыка. Хорошо послушать один раз, потом не тянет. В остальном очень даже неплохо.

Номера большие, прекрасный вид с балкона. Хороший сервис, что для Грузии в целом нехарактерно)) Отличный отель для спокойного отдыха с детьми. Немного скучноват, но кому что надо... Мы были с подругой и вечерами ездили в Батуми гулять. Ехать недалеко по московским меркам) 15 минут. Все очень понравилось, в следующий раз поеду только туда.
