10/10 Excellent
"The photos of the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort were spot on. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation. Having grown up on O'ahu -- Ko Olina and not Waikiki was the right decision. Having walked to and seen Aulani, I'm glad we didn't stay there (chaos). During my two week stay, my wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights. It is a very special place, but you'll pay much more for the experience. I hadn't expected there to be so many dishes available, dish soap, towels, trash bags, beach gear in our villa. Although we ate out often, I also grilled burgers, brats, and teriyaki beef on the property grill. The four grills are very popular with the other guests, but the rooms don't have grill utensils (just a brush), and I also bought foil and saran wrap. I did buy more trash bags and toilet paper; however, there's a Safeway, Walmart, and Target close by. There's a Starbucks at Ko Olina; however, I recommend Island Vintage. There are beach tents and chairs available (for 118) in the lagoon area; however, there's plenty of grassy areas, palm trees, to set up in the shade and still catch rays on the beach. If you run / walk in the morning, there's a walkway that goes from Ko Olina Beach Park, past the Marriott, The Beach Villas, Aulani, and Four Seasons (two miles) as well as in front of the properties. There's an excellent gym on the property. Great dining close by (Monkeypod and Mina's Fish House), but make reservations early."

First Class Luxury Beach Front Resort Condominium

First Class Luxury Beach Front Resort Condominium

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condominium during our visit to Hawaii. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with a stove, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The amenities were also clean and enjoyable, and the beautiful view from our lanai was definitely one of our favorite features. There were a few very minor issues during our stay. We noticed a couple of spots on the tile that may have been from a coffee spill, but they were cleaned up quickly. The toilet in the master bedroom also needed a new flushing mechanism, but these things can happen anywhere and at any time, and neither issue had a significant impact on our stay.We also had a minor issue with the room keys, as they occasionally didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. Even so, getting into the condo when we first arrived was easy and seamless, and any issues we encountered were handled promptly.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were given everything that was promised, the condo was comfortable and inviting, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Hawaii. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again.10 out of 10! Thank you for helping make our Hawaii vacation such a wonderful experience!"

Luxurious Beach Villa 3BR/2.5B in KoOlina~FREE WIFI, GYM w/ ALL NEW UPGRADES

8/10 Good
"The villa was beautiful, well-stocked, and comfortable, but management ultimately overshadowed our vacation. After 13 hours of travel with 4 kids, we arrived to find our villa was not ready. Management blamed us for missing a single email notification, even though all prior communication had been handled strictly through the booking app. Once we were allowed to check in two hours later, we endured a 45 minute walkthrough explaining every single appliance button and lock before we could finally unpack and relax. We returned our rented golf cart for a refund after discovering it was banned from the beach paths, which was the entire reason we rented it in the first place. The biggest issue was the outdated air conditioning unit, which initially could not cool the villa below seventy-eight degrees. When we reported this, staff defensively claimed we were the first guests to ever complain about the temperature. My husband had to wait around for a maintenance technician, who successfully lowered the temperature to 73 degrees by charging the unit with refrigerant. Even then, the system struggled during the heat of the day, though we fortunately spent most afternoons away from the property. While the staff was initially very nice, they became incredibly deflective and unhelpful the moment we experienced these real issues. Despite these management headaches, we truly enjoyed our family time. I hope the owner is able to see these reviews so they can have true feedback!"
