"Our Royal Grand Pool Villa was absolutely beautiful and had a stunning sea view. The setting and grounds were well manicured and kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices of food types to fit all different kinds of tastes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only negative which was not a deal breaker was at checkout. We could not understand what the lady helping us was saying and when she walked away twice she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. Overall we loved our stay and would most definitely return in the future."

"Great property with awesome views, good food, cool pools. Be prepared for some Walking as the property has multiple elevations but that’s what makes it so unique. The staff does their best to assist with shuttles to run you around. Also a great location to main beaches and night life. Good value for the money."

"The overall experience was amazing. The property and the staff were all great, the breakfast was excellent, and service was 5 star to say the least. The room we chose had pool access with a bar right next to it, which made it convenient to grab a drink during their 50% off happy hour. The only thing I recommend is updating the property a bit, but they are already working on that by starting with the main pool. Excellent stay overall, will definitely recommend it to friends and family."

"The hotel is amazing. The views are breathtaking the room and spacious modern very clean. The staff is very friendly and anything that you need there are there to answer questions. Would I stay there again yes and it’s close to Patong Beach they do provide shuttles to take you to and from the hotel from patong beach very convenient but just remember it’s on his schedule and you have to book it ahead of time the property is amazing loved it every day that I was there."

"We stayed at Le Meridien as a group of 6, 5 Adults and one 8 year old for a week (one adult stayed 4 nights). We all really enjoyed our stay. The resort is large, clean, well maintained, with good amenities. Breakfast has a wide choice and wasn't overly busy. The hotel is a little out of the way, but 10-15 mins in a taxi gets you into Karen, Kata or Patong. The only slight negative was that we were given 3 rooms, weren't told which was which was allocated to who and this caused some challenges with charging food/drinks to the rooms, also with the early checkout. In theory this should have been easy to rectify but it never did happen. However, it didn't affect the quality of our stay or the enjoyment of it."
