It is a very convenient location - and close to the train station. Walking distance to all fun things downtown Knoxville. It was extremely comfortable and we appreciated having the conveniences of a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and parking space. Both the master and murphy beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops along Gay Street. If we had any questions, Lisa was very prompt and helpful with her responses.
