Dirty, Disgusting and Worn Out
I booked a Premium King Suite with Jacuzzi Tub. The room was disgusting! Missing Sofa, Fridge wasn't working, bed old, pee stained, pillows old and stained, mold in Jacuzzi Jets, dirty mirrors, got sick from whatever is in heating/ac unit. Checked in at 11:00pm, started trying to check out at 1:am. Night desk clerk refused to refund my credit card telling me to call Expedia, than she fought with the Expedia employee for over 30 minuets about giving me a refund. I am going to have to wait till my credit card statement arrives until I know if I got a refund. The Expedia employee was trying to help me.
