"We didn't stay for breakfast. We checked out before 8 am. Rooms had black mold and were dirty. Switched rooms same problem. Talked with Frank and the front desk who said he "wasn't surprised" by the conditions of the rooms. Valet is a joke. He was sleeping and and the nerve to tell me he didn't have to valet my vehicle. For the service I received and $44, I agreed and found free parking around the corner. Crazy to talk to someone like that when you work for tips. Upon checkout, Michelle was the only reasonable person."

"Rooftop restaurant food was good, burger was great, view ia great. Breakfast is good & reasonably priced. Room was underwhelming. Bed is comfortable but decor & comfortable chair lacking. Especially for $200/night"

"This property is very run down it needs a lot of work the hallway carpet had holes in it and was sturdy the room the sink had cracks in it the desk chair was missing a wheel the nightstand and headboard had chips in it the telephone did not work so I had to go downstairs to find out how to connect to the internet they don't tell you or give you a car thing with your room number so you have to keep telling yourself to remember some people don't always remember their room number which was the case where some lady forgotten was trying to get into my room also the people had a tissue in it there was no glass there and had a tissue blocking the people it needs a lot of work"

"For price it got job done. Pros are close to downtown, good parking. Cons, eletric outlets not working in one bedroom, little to no utensils, no extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Needs tlc overall."

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Don’t stay here. It’s not worth it. The place smells. The AC unit shoots out some type of black soot or something. Wasn’t able to stay in my room the last few nights of my booking because they asked that we move all our stuff to the bed and cover it with a plastic sheet so they could spray insecticide. They didn’t provide a plastic sheet and I wasn’t going to buy one so I left"
