Hotel nicely decorated. Minimalist feel with washed woods, tasteful fabrics and nice linen. Staff friendly and food (buffet style) offered a reasonable choice for dinner and breakfast.
We had a junior suite (501) on the exec level. It was nice with a large balcony and floor to ceiling windows. When sitting on your bed, a nice view across the roof of the hotel to the mountain opposite the ski slope. Bed super comfy and soft good quality robes too.
Now to the small points worth noting: Didn’t have nice complimentary toiletries which you come to expect in a 4 star hotel. Only squeezy wall mounted bottle. Also no air con that we could discern. Not a problem for us as cool outside but I can imagine it getting stifling in the summer. Didn’t really think the extra for exec level worth it. The complimentary things were limited in the lounge and the mini only stocks soft drinks and a couple of beers. Being high is nice but we were on 5th floor and our balcony looked out across the roof top of the 4th floor and the car park.
Didn’t try the other amenities of the hotel which could have warranted the price we paid for the room.
