Overlooking the Aegean Sea, the holiday apartment Villa Christina Kythnos in Kithnos impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a fan. This accommodation boasts a private outdoor area complete with an open terrace, balcony, and barbecue.  
  
The property is located within walking distance of Martinakia Beach, a pharmacy, a supermarket and the restaurants Byzantio, Arapis, Mirra, Vegera and Ostria. Furthermore, Episkopi Beach is a 10-minute drive away, while Kolona Beach can be reached in 30 minutes by car or by shuttle bus.

#### Lieu incroyable avec une hôte incroyable

Pros: Marianna, notre hôte, a été d’une extrême gentillesse. Elle est très disponible et arrangeante. Un immense merci à elle ! L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Les marches pour monter au logement sont vite oubliées quand on découvre la superbe vue que la terrasse privée de ce logement nous offre ☀️🌊
