Welcome to The Studio! This peaceful apartment is like having a cottage downtown Guelph.

Large sliding glass doors lead to the private deck and shaded backyard. The room transforms from a cozy bedroom to a comfortable open living room thanks to a custom queen-sized wall-bed.

Downtown is a short walk away, and the property location makes it easy to get in and out of town.
