This unit is updated such as brand new bathroom, fresh paint, new furniture. It new unit and many update. 55 Inches QLED smart TV. Central heating and cooling monitor by smart sensor devices in rooms. Maximum 4 guests can stay. If you are couple than use one master bedroom and leave empty other bed where two twins bed are to avoid additional cleaning fee. This is pvt 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom unit with one queen bed and two twin beds. It’s pvt entry and exit. Centrally located, close to all amenities such as google office, subway, highway, Downtown Kitchener by walk, library, st Jacob farmers market, Bingemans, shopping area, Waterloo university, mac master campus and many more just minutes away from home. Secondly, Waterloo airport without 15 minutes drive. This is update unit, such as brand new bathroom, fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. This entire unit is good for small family of 4 to 5\.
