Good quality for an economy stay But needs attenti
The bed frame was not bolted together so the bed fell over in the middle of the night. If you want a room close to the parking u have to take a smoking room or a room with two beds. The lock on the door is a basic handle lock. The desk chair in room was terribly stained certainly would not sit on it

Guelph hotel
The staff at the counter was very friendly. The room smelled clean. Bathroom was good. Clean towels and linens. The bed had a broken leg which made it hang down in the one corner. The mini fridge froze our food. The temperature dial was broken off. Overall it worked for one night, but I will look elsewhere for the next time.

Did not not feel safe nor comfy
If you are not bothered by the following then go for this place...otherwise stay away! The check in desk had a piece of lumber and baseball bat behind it, there was no dead bolt to my room, no hot water, there were flies swarming through my room, the two arm chairs looked like they had been retrieved for a frat house, and the wifi worked for a few minutes and not again.

A pleasant experience
I was impressed by the condition of the room, especially because of the negative reviews. Make no mistake, this is a motel, not a hotel. But overall, the room was clean in all the important ways. The area is lovely and quiet.

Good hotel!
The area was nice and quiet but not far away from things to do! We were in town for a wedding and so we had everything we needed nearby. The staff was friendly and although the hotel itself isn't a 4+ star hotel, we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely visit again!

Basic accomodation
Not a pleasant smell, noisy heater/ a-c fan, bathroom fan very loud. No Kleenex, no drink of any kind, no body wash supplied. It would have been nice to have had -a small packet of Kleenex, a 330ml bottle of water, small travel sized body wash instead of 2 small soap bars. Some hair noted on bathroom floor. Will not stay here again.
