It is in disrepair. Mould in bathroom and needs painting. Not a Kleenex nor coffee. But a coffee maker Could not get on internet It was very comfortable to sleep

The room was fit for staying, smelly. All the rooms to be similar. I won’t be staying there again. I was charged $10 extra to my bill. I don’t understand why they would charge me extra when the bill says $80.

When i got there they told me my master card had been declined. I paid for the room through expedia 2 months previously (with a visa) and had a receipt proving it. Still said it was declined. I called 2 weeks before my stay to confirm my reservation and they didn't say anything about payment issues. I will have to see if they charge my card again.

Price is good and very convenient location with a lot of restaurants and stores. Property looks pretty old and rooms are not very neat. The water temperature of shower is not stable, suddenly hot and suddenly cold.

There was no room due to leak in roof but arranged room at Victoria Motel which was not great at all, not clean, noisy and obviously a place where people live full time. Did not feel comfortable comings and goings on

Would stay again.
We found the room hot at first. We ran the air conditioner and the room cooled down quickly. Our only main critique was that the coffee maker in the room had no coffee. There is a coffee shop (Tim's) across the street, so that was ok. My daughter complained that the WIFI was slow.

While the room itself was ok and the bed was very comfy there were a few less than desirable people hanging out and one who was an obvious prostitute kept trying to talk to my husband and his friends

Little to offer
Older property. Very run down room, with horrible smell. Filthy bathtub, antiquated microwave, fridge, even an old bachelor-style oven from the '60s or '70s. Only redeeming factor was clean sheets and a cheap room rate. I cannot recommend and would not return, at any price. In fact, I left after the first night to stay elsewhere even though I had already prepaid.

Acceptable cheap accommodation
This was a cheap accommodation that delivered what it promised, but no more. The room was clean enough, but it was old and tired. It delivered what we wanted, which was a bed for the night and a shower in the morning, while we helped our son move. Would I stay there again? Probably, but I hope that my son does not move again too soon. Would I stay there if I were on vacation in the area? Sorry, no. It was not the kind of place that I would want to come home to in the evening. (FYI They were painting the pool while we were there, so they are actively maintaining the place.) To me, this place is a good transient accommodation for someone on a budget (or just cheap like me). I.e. show up, sleep and leave. Although breakfast is not provided, there is a good place to eat right behind the hotel.

Only 1 bed was clean the other bed had a huge stain of bodily fluids. The towels were stained. The shower looked like there has been a couple of murders happen there

cheap place to stay!
if you just need a place to lay your head at the end of the day, this fits the bill nicely. not luxurious by any means, but clean, decent amenities, good price point.

Great price
The lobby was under construction when we arrived but the entrance was still accessible. The staff was quick to assist us and answer my questions. The room was clean and bright-nothing fancy but adequate. The hotel has no parking lot which is a set back but parking can be found close by for an average price.

I travel to Kitchener a few times a year for work and always stay at the Knights Inn. the price is great and the rooms are just fine. comfortable and clean I've never had issues with the place at all.

Not somewhere I would choose to stay again. The place was clean but really a very basic place to stay. The staff had turned up the heat so the place was nice and toasty for when we arrived in freezing cold weather. The only issue we had was the shower temperature would fluctuate and you would get a jet of scolding hot so we did not stay in there for long...good tactic for saving water I suppose.

Older motel could use some TLC. Easy access from hwy. Travelled with dogs and appreciated being near walking area. Weather was very very cold and the room was warm and cozy. Tim Hortons across the road was also very nice.

More or less what I was expecting
Was a pretty good rate for such short notice. More or less got what I paid for. Staff were pretty nice and helpful. Room was old but clean enough except for some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. One night there was a drug addict running around in front of my room and I needed to be escorted. Kinda sketchy neighborhood. Free donuts and coffee in the morning a nice touch.

it was a place to lay my head
shower curtain wouldn't stay up. I am a big heavy woman and the chairs in the room were too small for me to fit in. Need chairs with no arms. Hardly any electrical outlets. The tv wouldn't sit properly - the "stand" was broken.
