Hockey Tournament Guests

I was looking forward to a peaceful night's sleep, however that was not to be. A hockey tournament was taking place over the weekend. The hockey teams were loud and unruly without consideration of other guests. Hotel security was minimal and unable to keep the hockey guests quiet. Check-out was a nightmare! One Hotel employee on the desk and a line up of guests checking out. The hockey guests insisted upon paying separately (dividing one bill into quarters, etc.), which was time consuming and resulted in a very long wait for me. My suggestion is that large groups should pay in advance, or else another person(s) should be on the desk to check-out guests not associated with the hockey team guests.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, we really listen when our guests do not like their stay. We sadly can not control how the teams behave while here at the hotel, but we do our best to try to make each and every guest happy.
