Convenient location, overall satisfactory
Convenient location, located just 3min walk from JR Tabata Station. Hotel staff who attended to us were helpful and friendly. Room condition was satisfactory, just that it was hot in the room that we sweat during the night as it was summer and the Air Cond was centralized that we were not able to adjust the coolness, should have requested for a portable fan. Overall a pleasant stay with this hotel!

Staff did not speak English
A little bit run down hotel very close to the station. The room had some general wear-and-tear marks, but overall clean and well worth the reasonable price. The front desk staff did not speak English, so I had to wait in the lobby until my partner (who speaks Japanese) arrived before I could check in, even though the reservation was in my name, and prepaid with my own credit card. Room standard is not quite on par with other APA hotels in Tokyo, but it is priced accordingly, so if you're just looking for a place to stay the night, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly stafd and great area
Everything was great except the location. It is located little bit far from the centre of the Tokyo so u need to take a local train to get here. However, very quiet and peaceful in the area. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
