Actually worth the cost- it was quit and convenient. The house was filled with small little ants crawling all over the kitchen and baths. Lights were out on the bedroom and they didn’t provide any salt and pepper I called about the ants and the lights and for a follow up call but no one ever came to fix the issues. After 6 days my granddaughter found the laundry detergent pods left on the floor in the utility area. I have stayed at rental homes for the past 12 years and this is as the most poorly stocked and I’ll prepared house we have been to. ##### Jeanne B. We got our money back but nothing for the miserable time we had trying find another place to rent. Last year you cancelled us 1 day before we were supposed to occupy the property we rented from you. I don’t know why I tried to rent from you again this year after last years experience. I will report you this year to the BBB in Detroit Area for your poor practices. It could use some TLC. The cleanliness could have used some work, one of the first things we noticed when we walked in was a huge what looked like a vomit stain on the master bedroom box springs that was in plain sight when we walked in. The smoke detector in the living room was removed and only wires hanging and the smoke detector in the queen bedroom was hanging down by the wires. The pool could have used a cleaning and the pool light was not working. The trash in the outside cans were piled up when we got there and we had very little room to put our trash in them. The kitchen was not equipped with any large pots and no baking sheets, we had to go out and buy some so make sure to bring some with you to this house. One of the burners on the stove was not working but the others were just fine. Again, overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some things that could use some TLC. ##### Heather J. Service man for a/c couldn’t come out because of the holiday and when he did get there the next day he fixed it and it broke again. We had to purchase box fans among other things. I’m just really not satisfied with how this beautiful home was not up to expectations. All n all, my kids really enjoyed swimming daily and the location was perfect for our trip to Disney World.. Price was very fair for what it offered. Needs attention to minor maintenance. Had one problem. The heated pool didn't heat. System was broken and could not be fixed while we were there. Rather disappointed, however guest services made it right by us, and I was pleased with their customer service rep's response. I have and still do recommend VACASA. All aspects of check in and advanced info has always been smooth and accurate. If you have questions about a home you plan to visit, call them in advance and I'm sure they'll check on things, they seem very responsive. Overall enjoyed our relaxing vacation and already looking at other stays in other parts of the country. Thanks VACASA and Mark! ##### Thomas L. The house was not clean (dusty) upon arrival. The pool area was filthy and had to be pressure washed after our arrival, the front door left a half inch gap open to the outdoors after being closed and locked, the living room furniture left you sitting on the floor it was so old and worn out, the queen box spring and mattress were the same. I had to use my own elbow grease to scrub the scum ring off of the pool sidewall and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The pool table is not playable and the dart board had one dart. To Vacasa's credit, they worked hard to rectify some of the problems including all new kitchen utensils, new dishes, and new cutlery, new living room furniture and a new queen box spring and mattress. Once these fixes were in place, the property was usable. Unfortunately the improvements were not completed until after the first 2 weeks of our 5 week rental. This owner clearly is not concerned with their reputation and is doing everything on the cheap at the renter's expense. ##### Gary J. They have wonderful customer service as well. Had a minor home repair issue and they were able to get someone out to fix the problems within an hour. I am a travel agent and my stay at this location was nice. I will start with the negative and end with the positive. There weren't any wash cloths. Only medium and large towels. The living room furniture looks nice to the eye but clearly has been around for a while. Due to the back/side of the sofa had nail/staples sticking out due to the sofa was little detached. As far as sitting it was comfortable. The screen door to the pool wouldn't stay on track(no biggie) and we noticed sweet ants in the kitchen after cooking and letting any additional food sit on the stove the ants came out, Other than that we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were nice. I liked that they had 3 full baths and two of the rooms was connected to the bathroom. The master room of course had its own bathroom. The other room ,the bathroom was right outside the door of the bathroom which was nice and convenient. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. I also loved the brand new complimentary playing cards, and wine opener. This will also be a great stay in the summer because it has it own pool as well. The neighborhood was nice as well. It had the home away from home feel. I will recommend the property in the future. If you are looking for like a 5 star location, this will not be the place. However if you are looking for somewhere nice and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably in a nice neighborhood this location will be perfect. ##### Tamekia A.
