"Overall the hotel is great for Instagram. We book for king size bed but was given twin bed. We booked for sky bar when check in but it didn’t goes into the booking. The cover for toilet bowl was offset. Lots of communication break down but hotel is alright consider the price point."

"It was a first time visit in Phu Quoc for our family. We were greeted immediately and given an in depth tour of the facilities. Throughout the stay we were very pleased with the consistent, friendly service from all of the staff. The breakfast buffet was standout - a beautifully curated assortment from all cuisines.
What made our visit most memorable was Sang. They helped us from the beginning and was always readily available - offering recommendations and checking in constantly to make sure we always had something to do. "It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US. Over all, the villa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. "
"Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. You need what's app to communicate with host Other than this hick up we loved the stay and room and I would stay here again. The fireworks from the room was wow!!!! "
