If you like to hunt out film and TV locations, Dysart Harbour was a film set for the popular TV series Outlander. The Harbourmaster’s House and the West part of the harbour were turned into the French port of Le Havre. Dysart used to be a Royal Burgh in it’s own right and had trading links with continental Europe.
