You have your own whirlpool and sauna, a terrace and plenty of privacy! Plus, you'll make use of fluffy bathrobes and towels and high-quality organic beauty products. Private chefs, massages and a shopping service are also available on request and for a fee. Everything is possible The chalet has an ideal ski-in/ski-out location and is within walking distance of the valley station of the Fleckalm cable car (newly built in 2019) and the downhill run. Both are less than 100 m as the crow flies from the chalet! In less than 10 minutes, the ultra-modern 10-seater gondola lift will take you extremely comfortably to the top of the world-famous ski area of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg, which is also a true hiking and mountain biking paradise. The Fleckalm cable car is one of the main entrances to the ski and hiking area, together with the Hahnenkamm cable car in Kitzbühel. Man betritt sie bei der Ankunft und es überkommt einen sofort das Gefühl von Urlaub in den Bergen! Man fühlt sich rundum wohl! Die Sauna ist großräumig und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Auch der Whirlpool ist super und wird vom Hausmeister gepflegt. Der Hausmeister (Franz) ist auch ein super Kerl. Jeden Tag und für alles hat er ein offenes Ohr. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und ich habe schon in der ersten Nacht gut geschlafen. Leider lassen die vielen dunklen Farben die Wohnung auch dunkel erscheinen, trotz der großen Fensterfront. Auch ist die naturbelassene Oberfläche der Holzelemente und Türen etwas mit Vorsicht zu genießen, da man sich schnell mal einen Splitter im Finger einfängt, leider auch bei der Rückenlehne der Sitzbank.
